Have bought several expensive items on Currentbody in the past 10 years. One recently puchased item developed a fault and - still under warranty - was replaced promptly with an easy return system.
Customer care / after sales care needs to reflect the expense of items purchased and Currentbody do this well.

The multi-light and neck & décolletage led mask are excellent! Easy to use and it’s only been over a week and already seeing results! Hopefully I will see better results after a long period of conditioning use! It was delivered next day, well packaged & protected!

I ordered & paid extra for DHL express, but unfortunately never received my product. I got in touch with the company, explained the situation & eventually
a new mask was sent to me & received within 3 days of receiving an email letting me know that the new mask was on its way.

Excellent customer service, I had an issue with a product and it was sorted very quickly and politely.

I’ve been using the CurrentBody LED Mask for around a week and a half, and I’m genuinely impressed with my experience so far. The mask is very easy to use, comfortable to wear, and stays securely in place throughout the treatment without slipping.
One thing I was slightly concerned about at first was the brightness of the LEDs, as I have light-colored eyes and found the light a little intense during my first few sessions. Thankfully, I adapted quite quickly, and now I can comfortably use the mask with my eyes closed for the full treatment time.
Although it’s still early days, I can already see positive changes in my skin. It looks clearer, more even, and noticeably glowier, giving me that healthy, refreshed look I’m always trying to achieve. I’m especially excited to continue using the mask and see the longer-term benefits, particularly when it comes to fine lines and overall skin quality.
The entire experience has been positive from start to finish. Ordering was straightforward, and my package arrived surprisingly quickly. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase and can’t wait to see how my results continue to improve over the coming weeks.
It has already become one of my favourite steps in my skincare routine.
