Ordered from Cuchulainn Workwear this morning and dealt with Kyle Duffy throughout. I'm Seán Tynan, founder of TradeMagnet, a marketing company that works exclusively with trades, so I'm dealing with suppliers in this sector week in week out and I know the difference between decent service and the real thing. Rang Kyle at 11am to sort the workwear bundle and the high-vis bundle, logo design included, and he had it all finalized and processed by lunchtime. Quick, straightforward, and clearly knew the products inside out. Five stars. Kyle and the Cuchulainn Workwear team have my business again for sure.

I recently ordered a load of gear from Cuchulainn workwear

I honestly could not be more disappointed

Everything was wrong !

A very far away place from last years amazing pieces we received.

The first one arrived with any print on them !!!
The second order was all crooked and different sizes .

It’s a really unprofessional service and no response from any staff I was dealing with

STAY AWAY at all costs !!!!

Sad to see a once excellent service fall so far from grace

I see that the company in question also replied and flagged my complaint

I’ll make it very clear that I ordered from them last year and was very happy

This year I made a order that I was going to hand out to our staff and clients , on a open day

The first order arrived and had no designs on the back of the jackets which worked absolutely perfect last year , for some reason they didn’t want to to embroider the new design which was way less detail

They then sent out a design on the back so small the the hood covered everything

As for the hoodies ! An absolute joke !!
Not one was aligned correctly and not one was the same

All off centre and all wrong , I asked for some compensation of a free hoodie or two as I have to now send the new ones abroad instead of handing them to my clients

I was told representative would get back to me both Thursday and Friday and neither did

Pity I can’t put a genuine review on this site without being called out when my issue was to pay a company for such bad quality work

They was NO offer of anything FYI

No one got back to me on Friday

Check with your crew …. I sent messages with no response..

I really feel you need to accept that it’s not me leaving a negative review but a honest review of what happened.

I had to ring everyday , I was left without responses and as I had a looming deadline it was extremely important to get back to me as long mentioned

But no immediate response was received, I did ask why you thought a simple refund was the answer, I run a business and making sure my client receives the best possible service is the most importance

I did not receive this from your company

If you gave as much time and effort into the order as you are with your response to a request online review we wouldn’t be here right now

Can you also clarify, What are the multiple other products that were supplied correctly??

The Parents Association ordered 6th class hoodies. I dealt with a fabulous correspondent called Shea. The ordering process was easy and straight forward. The design options and colours were great. Our order arrived earlier than expected. The hoodies were top notch, fantastic quality. The boys absolutely love them especially the thumb holes 🤣. I will be ordering again next year. I would highlight recommend Cuchulainn Wear

I ordered some work wear arrived perfect and good quality then ordered some beanie hats and same thing top class and kyle was a gentleman to deal with

It was an excellent service from start to finish.

Kyle helped me through every step from ordering to even helping me whit my logo design he kept me updated on the process and was able to fix any issues I had or answer any questions I had regarding the stuff.

All round excellent service highly recommend.
