Unprofessional movers & they broke my chest of drawers!
I used Bring4You to move an apartment worth of furniture and items. Poor experience from end to end - the worst part is they broke my chest of drawers during the move. The chest of drawers had been snapped at the corner joint and is no longer usable. I am reasonable and understand you get what you pay for, so the other sratches and dents on my furniture I looked past. However to fully break a peice of furniture is a first. I contacted them as the sales consultant (Cédric NATHAN) assured me they have 'insurance'. I also contacted customer service about this matter but I never heard from them since. All my repeated follow ups (both on email and Whatsapp) have been met with silence. Unfortunately, this company will take your money and leave you in a lurch.
What you need to know is the staff are not professional movers. They didn’t come with any equipment to support the move - not even a moving trolley for loading the packed boxes. Instead, there was a pallet jack, which for an apartment is impossible to use. Despite this, they insisted on using it, which led to damaged walls in the apartment and also badly dented and scratched furniture - as it couldn't sit on it securely.
Also be prepared for them to use aggressive tactics to make you pay more. They work incredibly slowly / slack off whenever they can so that they job takes longer, and they use this to ask for additional payment. Additionally, the timing of the pick-up and delivery isn't at all accurate. I was told the truck would arrive between 8-10am but in reality, they arrived at 1pm.
All in all, if you care about your furniture arriving in one piece undamaged and without scratches – choose another company.
Update: I have once again emailed the Bring4You team following their reply to this review. They have finally shared a link where I can formally submit the claim. However the claim website has a glitch and won't let you upload photos to prove the damage... I have emailed them asking how they would like to receive the files documenting the item before and after the move where it was badly damaged - so bad that it is unusable.
UPDATED UPDATE: 4 weeks since submitting the claim following their online procedure and I have not heard anything back. Despite following up via email several times. It seems their promise of insurance is also a scam.
