If I could put 0 stars I would. They completely let us down with our branded cup order for a charitable event. Told us at the last minute that production couldn't be completed on time. Rubbish customer service asking for the same information in every email. Barely apologised for the inconvenience. Would not recommend!

From start to finish we had a great experience! We ordered bespoke reusable festival cups for our wedding pool party and used their artwork service. They responded so quickly to all emails, made all the amends we wanted to the design and great value for money. So pleased with the final product and can’t wait to use at the wedding!

I ordered these reusable cups for an 80th garden party, and they were absolutely perfect. The design looks amazing and will add such a lovely touch to the celebration. The customer service and communication throughout the entire process was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. To top it off, the cups arrived far earlier than expected, which was a fantastic surprise. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them!
