Hello,
I am from Germany, and during our trip to Sweden, we experienced a breakdown with our Mercedes E-Combi W212. By chance, we ended up at Bin2Bil to try and fix the issue, and I’m so grateful that we did.
Jesper, the manager, is an exceptionally fair person who went above and beyond to resolve our problem. Not only was the price more than fair, but he even gave us a discount without us asking. He was always available, whether by phone or email, and it’s clear that customer service is their top priority.
The workshop itself is large and modern, staffed by experienced mechanics who know what they’re doing. For us, finding Bin2Bil in such a challenging situation felt like a stroke of luck.
I highly recommend Bin2Bil to anyone in need of car repairs. Trust and service are still held in high regard, something that feels almost impossible to find in Germany these days.
I would give 10 stars if it would be possible!!!!!!
