I placed an order for 2 pairs of Uggs. One pair was too big for my daughter so I sent it back to Bazarchic the same day. It has been more than a month and they have not refunded the price of the returned item. Very disappointing customer service... I will not order with them anymore.

Seriously the app that never works properly in 2021 is an anachronism I can’t care for... just hire good people to fix all these recurring issues if you want to call yourself an e-commerce business...

Bought 7 items, paid 7 times the delivery fee which totals up to 35€. I received the items and decided to return 4 of them, of course, there is no reimburse of the delivery fee, plus they decided to reimburse me 8€ short for whatever reason. They don't explain all these when you want to buy stuff. To buy these 3 items, I actually paid 43€ delivery fee in total. Unheard of!!! I will never buy from this website.

Been buying on this site for years but over the last two years it has become worse and worse. Last year bought garden furniture that is now broken and was supposed to be in teak is actually some other cheap wood, a parasol that was delivered in the wrong colour and now at 10 days before Xmas they just cancel my order.... never again

we received a piece of furniture and most of it was broken ! they can not send us a new one and they want to reimburse us only the shipping costs !
then they said that they were going to "make a gesture" by giving us 30 euros ...
gesture ? the furniture is broken, we can not have a new one and they are talking about a gesture ??

By the way, this is the second time Basarchic is giving us a comletely non professional and poor service ...

We will never order from this website again ! I advise you to do the same !

A very bad experience. I ordered a pair of shoes early June. I got the confirmation that the product was shipped and nothing happened. I called four times and they promised that the product will be delivered but NOTHING HAPPENED. They didn't send any information by email. So far I have received the shoes and they are not planning to reimburse. What can I do?? I had the same experience on this site with wine.

they are unprofessional website not serious they cancelled my orders more than 9 times i spent time to select the items for, 2 to 3 hours for choosing. My orders has been confirmed and got maul from them and suddenly after few days they cancelled it. When I am calling them to get an explanation or to try to speak with a manager they only said someone will call you soon till to day I didn't receive any call @bazarchic France guys I dont advise you to buy from them thank you

Took a month to supply two bottles of nail polish, I thought I had fallen for a scam. Arrived in a large box, and three bubble wrap bags. Ridiculous amount of packaging. Won’t use them again.
