I have been using this internet provider for some time and am generally very satisfied with their services. The internet connection is stable, speeds are consistent, and any issues are addressed in a timely manner. The customer service was rude
The customer service was rude. One person says one thing and another says another. I switched my base plan, and i was told to ignore the old invoice, and pay only new invoice. I did. But the old invoice stayed in my account as Outstanding bill and I called customer service twice to get me help.they did nothing. I was charged extra for this instead. Finally the new guy I spoke to didnt help me said i was misinformed i must pay all bills. I got upset and I asked to cancel my subscription. He said do whatever you want not my problem. And hang up. WORST experience!

Awful customer service.
The only good part about them so far is the installation guy (who is from Telenet) was polite and friendly. Their live chat does not answer your questions or help you, they do not do social tarrifs and they blame you for everything.
