Needed special batteries for a BT Phone Handset
Needed special batteries for a BT Phone Handset. Buy-a-battery had these in stock and, despite it only being a small order, posted them extremely promptly and they arrived very promptly. Their on line purchasing system was a pleasure to use, unlike trying to buy something from Amazon. I will be back when I need to buy more batteries.

Comparing with Amazon
Amazon is probably the most used for batteries, it was only because I was searching for lithium batteries as traditional alkalines by Duracell etc were hardly lasting the last purchase was for expensive Duracell AA's that hardly lasted so I decided to buy lithium batteries. When comparing the lithiums on Google this company came up so decided to give them a try......
Searching for batteries on this website was very very easy with all the specs and various types and technologies easy to find much quicker than Amazon
Batteries were identical to what were being sold by Amazon but price was 30% or more cheaper but with a delivery charge to factor in so i ordered some others to slightly stock up on.
Delivery was quick even with 2nd class post and order tracking was available on the Royal Mail app.
Finally when they arrived I tested the voltage on all the batteries as I usually do, I found one out of 4 of one type to be below voltage so sent an email to them and they responded by saying they had despatched a replacement. I would've accepted a refund to keep costs down but they had sent it out already.
Replacement tested fine...
So all in all happy.
Will return in future to purchase another order for home and work.

Good price and good service
I needed a type N clock battery I had not really come across this size before and tried various on line retailers and none were in stock Buy a battery had these and were a good price and they provided a good service, posted quickly and arrived on time and in good condition- cheaper than most house hold retailers i.e. supermarkets and places like Band M and the Range etc.
