I had a very last minute birthday planned and looking around A& S entertainment was my first contact looking at their reviews and im very glad i decided to go with them. Everything was very simplified straightforward and great service provided. The kids loved the 15ft bouncy and fun all day long along with adults. Thank you so much for making my last minute party all stress free and convenient with no hassle. Will definately recommend to friends and family as well as coming back in the near future.

Really wanted to give a better score as the team were helpful and pleasant but the venue complained that they were intimated by the team trying to gain access to the building early and the bouncy castle arrived filthy…

they did try to clean at my request with a towel and a spray but it just made mud! Inside the castle needed to dry out as well and luckily we had time before the guests arrived but it smelt pretty bad.

I did mention this and they said it’s an outside castle.

I wish I had had this information before as I would have made adjustments if I had known it was going to smell swampy!!

It’s a shame as overall contact was good but the parents didn’t want their kids to go in it as it smelt bad and was muddy..

I was abit embarrassed, especially when the venue said they were made to feel uncomfortable and the rest of the event was so polished.

We hired a bouncy castle for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. Initially I was wondering if the date would be available due to it being Easter Sunday and it was no problem at all! The service was fantastic, set up was so fast and collection was so smooth. The website was easy to use and the bouncy castle was so clean and looked brand new. Will definitely be using again and will be recommending to all family and friends. Kids and adults loved it!

Great options to choose from, at a fair price. Helpful on messages arranging times for drop off and pickup as hired a hall. They arrived promptly for drop off and pick up. Great service and the kids absolutely loved it! Would definitely use again for another party!

Bouncy castle we hired was great all day. No issues with it from start to finish.

Aaron was very informative and helpful when it came to hiring out the bouncy castle. He was on time and punctual and had a very positive attitude - We went through health and safety procedures and he ran me through everything that I may encounter on the day but thankfully everything ran smoothly. The equipment itself was immaculate (we used the disco bouncy for ref) it was everything I’d hope for and more. The birthday boy was over the moon, they loved the disco feature - I highly recommend A&S entertainment to add something special to your events. My only wish is I wished I’d hired it for longer!

Best bouncy castle hire around. Could not fault anything. From drop of to collection. They dropped the bouncy castle of at 10 and set it up within ten minutes. The bouncy castle was in immaculate condition. He even was extra nice and let the kids enjoy the castle for extra time. Which was such a amazing thing to do because I have hired castles in the past and they are rush and rude but this place was so 10/10

Aaron was super helpful and set up the slush puppy machine very quick. Would defo recommend very professional and helpful :)
