Website was easy to navigate and I found the product I wanted straight away at a good price. My order was shipped and received quickly. The quality was as described. I wasn't quite sure how to fit it and had a response from customer services within a very short space of time with photos to show me what to do.

Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service. I had issues with the first screen protector bubbling which got worse the more I attempted to remove and re-apply. I asked if there was any chance for a discount code and they said they would send a new one FOC. It's the little things and the support received after the sale that I believe is important and I will buy from them again

Great product, great comms
Excellent communication from the company pre-sale and during the order processing and delivery period, which was only a few days. The LocPad when it arrived turned out to be exactly as we had hoped and works perfectly.

Splendid service !
It's often only when things go wrong that you find out how good a company is.
I stupidly ordered the wrong case, so sheepishly sent an email apologising and asking for an exchange.
They responded immediately and arranged for a replacement - no fuss, no foul, just great service.
And this for a single case, to a single customer when the focus of their business is on larger commercial clients.
Top drawer service and the case is excellent as well !
