This company sucks anytime mailbox told me that I could get a business address for five dollars a month which was a lie. I had to pay $10 a month once I paid the $10 and finish the application right at the end it tells me I need to pay 25 extra dollars for a notary that it did not say anything anything about that that I need I called to cancel and get my full refund. They did everything they could to not refund me and tell me that they was gonna give me a free notary standby for 24 hours for the email. I get the email go a live chat with a random guy laying in the bed asking for my drivers license and secondary identification. I provide him with my insurance card and the address does not match the address that I’m currently living in so he hung up the phone and now I’m stuck. I’m trying to get my full refund and close this account overall ridiculous company if I could lead zero stars I would I don’t recommend this place for anybody. I’d rather pay $50 a month and deal with this hassle.

We were very delighted to meet Sam, the lady who helped us. She was the kindest person, very friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful. She gave us all the information we need to know about our mailbox. She explained everything to us how we want our mail to be handled.

The process was longer than I expected but it was worth it to verify my identity. Anytime will make sure you are who you say you are and that is a big plus. Anytime is very convenient for what I need. Prices are reasonable too

I just signed up yesterday and called with a billing question. The call was answered promptly and thoroughly explained the information. So far, so good!

The lack of coherent process engineering in setting up this customer facing UI is appalling. Getting through the verification steps are nothing short of nightmarish. Please NEVER use this company. Any company who would subject their customers to this primitive and very low quality effort should never be supported or even tolerated in 2026. Go back, do a full code rewrite with smart AND motivated engineers is essential if you are to remain in this space. And this time try an exhaustive QA effort to find and overcome the numerous frustration points along every step of the way, Abominable experience. I am now 5 hours in and am still not close to being done. Shameful effort. You give IT a very bad name. And what you put your marginal phone support staff through can ALL be traced back to the original pathetic design which you slept through.

I use Anytime business for both of my business addresses in 2 different states. They are quick and proficient in processing and forwarding your mail to you.

Absolutely horrible service.

I think that the website was very straight forward and user friendly. Also I am not being charged for unnecessary items. I haven't received mail yet or git into the product too much but so far so good.

The process seem lengthy but it isn't - a notary was available within minutes and everything was done in less than 20 minutes. Well worth it.

The process was really quick compared to past experiences

So far so good. My only issue is customer service who wastes time. I asked about how to go through the notary process and the response was lacking in 80% of details required...cost, hours...etc. etc.
