While it took all day to resolve my issue (and 3 techs) I got my issue resolved. They were very patient.

Unhappy Customer with the whole process
I wanted to make sure the drivers I installed would resolve my problem. The agent did not tell me he was from another company or branch of the same company. He told me I have multiple issue with my computer and that I should purchase another service. So many costs added on. I am very unhappy with programs work. I still did get my problem resolved. I paid $45.00 for one service and he was telling me to purchase other programs for $32+, and the prices graduated from there. So disappointing.
