It is a shame. I was not hostile to the product—I was trying remarkably hard to remain a customer because it had genuinely helped me over the years.

They lost me through operational incompetence and upselling harassment, not because the software failed to provide value:

billing records that contradicted the app;
no usable licence key;
broken activation loops;
unanswered support requests;
relentless pop-ups and emails.

Uninstalling it was reasonable. A useful product cannot demand this much patience merely to remain usable.

It is now the SECOND WEEK I have tried to get in touch with an actual human representative from their support to cancel my subscription, the payments for which come to my email, but strangely enough, such an email does not seem to be registered with an account on their end!!???
How the heck am I getting invoice notifications then, if my email is not registered to an account on their system??! Each time I get on chat, the AI says that a case is opened, but it never is, and NO ONE gets in touch with you, NO ONE!

Even if you email them to the email in the invoice, you will not get a response. Guess that a lawsuit is on the horizon.

Mary Walden was extremely nice and helpful with a problem with my mother-in-law's account. She worked with me for 40 minutes resolving the problem. She was a joy to work with. Hope you realize what an asset you have in her. She genuinely tries to help when so many customer service reps just view what they are doing as just a paying job.

I have been attempting to talk to a representative and cancel any existing policy that you folks might be involved in that applies to coverage that I may have had or do currently have. This cancelation to take effective the date of this note. I could not access other of your websites due to my Malware disallowing same.

I have used this for some years now. This is and always will be my number one 1st class, top-notch and 5* too. Perfect

Advanced System Repair seems very complete in searching, finding and fixing various issues on my computer. However, I have a malware or bloatware issue that persists. I have reached out to the company for technical support. Fix is pending.

Great scan & report, but nothing seems to be "fixed". Second scan, same results. Looks like I purchased a real dud.
I'll try again tomorrow. Wish me well!

VERY GOOD SOFTWARE

A little awkward to reinstall, but it was very easy to use, and once I figured out how to use it, it sped up pc.

Highly recommend.
