Poor delivery experience.…
Paid extra for next day delivery but didn't arrive as paid for. DHL left on doorstep, didn't ring bell or knock door only discovered package had arrived when going into the garden. Box battered and half open. Expected better service for £7.99 carriage.

I always have an excellent experience dealing with Autovaux. OE quality and value for money timing belt kit. All necessary parts included in kit: belt, idler pulley, tensioner and bolts. Arrived in quick time.

It's my favorite shop for car parts. Amazing customer service, and the prices are correct. Delivery is okay, not Amazon, but it depends on what delivery service you choose. The free one takes about 3 days.

5 out of 5 everytime, autovaux just do it differently, by that I mean the best parts, the best prices and the best most convenient delivery times and speed wether that be by the vans or by the couriers. Enough branches to supply West Yorkshire with ease aswell as nationwide delivery by courier.
I've used autovaux many times over the years, firstly because a friend works there (Carl Ward - the man knows his onions and is a dedicated member of the team!) so it made sense, secondly to support a local Yorkshire business and finally and most importantly - efficiency, these guys just get the job done for their customers.
