These people are scammers ! They do bait and switch on their prices. Their website has a low price , once you book they call you to blame Airline raised rates . You have to pay or lose your tickets/money. NO refunds

WARNING SCAM. You will book a flight at a cheaper rate then most places. They will call you and say its not available and you need to pay 300$ or more to change. They state that they are on the call with the airline. Note that Airlines in North America can cancel flights in 24 hrs so they insisting that there is no refund if you decide the days don't work. If you proceed, your flight will cost more than others. Their website is vague on rules although they insist. All Indian agents and managers. DO NOT BUY.

easy to maneuver site. once you book a flight. you get a phone call.. then the trouble starts, told bookings are black outs days. they give you a new date that is not what you booked. no refunds, and you are forced to accommodate new upper pricing to get the days you originally booked for. ... this is not legit booking. we are now paying over 30 percent more. this was Christmas time booking 2026

This is a company that ruins your vacation; they sell you a cheap ticket, but a few hours later they change everything, claiming you booked under terms that allow for such changes and that you didn't read the information carefully. Stay away from this company when buying tickets, or you'll face the nightmare of a lifetime!

Complete scammers. They advertise flights somewhat less than other sites and then call you and say the flights they booked aren’t available (despite being available on airlines site) and charge you more. Stay away from these scum bags!!!

I booked a flight to Colorado from Florida online for both my husband and I. After my credit card has been charged they call me to tell me that I couldn’t have check-in or carry-ons on this flight. Complete nonsense and a lie. They changed my flight to another airport that they said was only a half an hour drive from my destination, again another lie. then charged us another $600. My step daughter discovered 2 month later that it was a 2 hour drive. I called them back and I told him that that was not feasible and that we needed the return flight changed. They wanted to charge me another $180 per flight to change it and then came back at me with a different flight at $500 per flight to change it. After begging them to fix it. They told me that they were gonna work on it and call me back the next morning, never heard from them. I called back talked to a supervisor the next day and again he told me that he would call me back the next day and of course it never happened AGAIN. I will never ever come back to this awful company ever again. I’m stuck driving back to the airport at 4am the day after my daughter’s wedding. They ruined what I have been waiting for since she was born.

Similar to the other experiences, I was looking for inexpensive tickets to fly my college kid home for a wedding. Found discounted tickets on Alaska (which I have never flown) and was surprised the ticket prices were so good. The next day I received an Urgent email saying to contact them. I called, spent 15mins on hold and then their system disconnected me. I replied with my number and I received a call the next morning. Same thing, Those tickets were not "guaranteed" and IF I wanted to keep them we'd have to accept standby. I told them that was not right as the solution was tickets nearly double the cost. I confronted them as a scam and the agent said this disclaimer was "clearly stated on the website" which I disagreed. I was told the booking was NON-refundable and unless I wanted to be out the fare price, I would have to go with their option. STAY AWAY FROM OneDollarFly. Total Scam. Any 5 stars for this site are likely bogus as they mostly name a name. Everyone I spoke with was from India. Strong language barrier. BAD experience.

This company "one dollar fly" bait and switched me. [Well sorta] had me a ticket 174$ some salesman, call me within 20 minutes of placing the sale of ticket. This was over a "must buy a ticket in 15 minutes" or this deal ends timer on site. I Continued getting a call 30 minutes later saying my one-way ticket Had been stopped/ switched to 9/12 with 1 stop. 6hrs instead of original 8/31 3hr:49min flight and upcharged it to 240$ total like they were doing. Me and favor . They only gave back 120 I refused to go further because they kept 54$ but that was because I had to call bank and dispute it like the man on phone tried having me to send the money extra heavy pressure [to bad, he was trying against a boulder]. I don't even have 240$ because that was all on card which they made me reorder . How could I accept new charge . He is continuing to call, trying to make that upsale on me. It says "potential scam" on caller i.d.] also the issue is 3 to 5 days on processing then 7 to 14 business days. For me to get it back, in account. But again it was only 120$ recieved of 174$ I paid. I had to borrow that money from employer to get back to work by the 3rd. I'll take the 54$ loss report them to BBB they completely ghost the payment on the rest of it. They didn't recognize/acknowledge taking it and want $240 in full for me to pay. Thats not them deducting the 54$ they owed me. He could not switch, once I knew his cards. 294$ would of been grand total. Best to burn that 54$ be very cautious only go thru verified ticket agents. Research Them First. learn from my 54$ lesson. May it not be to late

Paxton smith was so great, I was panicking trying to get my nephew home as he already missed one flight and Paxton stayed on the line with me the whole time and made sure everything got taken care of! He’s a sweet and understanding human and I’m so satisfied with how he handled my call!! You guys are lucky to have such an amazing employee!!

Mr. Ace Cooper was very patient and professional. He assisted me with getting my boarding passes for my family and I flight for Saturday. Thank you for your support

Expect a bait and switch if you book through One Dollar Fly.

You will make a booking “request” which they will then call you later in the day and tell you that those seats are already full and that you will need to pay an upgrade fee doubling cost.

When you refuse the upgrade they tell you that you have already paid partial and that it’s non refundable. When you question them they get extremely defensive and insist they’re your only option now. Typical con artist tactics. I blocked payment from my bank and will use a more reputable company. Highly recommend anyone reading this does the same…

Complete scam, as soon as fare was paid I got a call indicating that fare isn't available and I now owe double the fare listed. One dollar now has all my information and I am contacting my credit card to halt payment. Yes, the data One Dollar posted is historic and thus never what the real price would be. ALERT!! Do NOT use this site.

SCAM COMPANY, stay away. You think you are buying a cheap ticket but trust me you don’t.

SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT RECOMMEND. There whole business is based on immoral disgusting devious business practices. You will think you are buying a cheap ticket but in fact your ticket has no reservation and later they will call you saying that the ticket is not available and you have to pay for an upgrade. Stay away from this disingenuous company.

Absolutely the worst places to buy tickets. Bait and switch originally charged 250.00 then they sent me an email to call them and told me the flight I booked doset allow carry ons or checked bags. I would have to upgrade I I wanted to take more then a 5lb purse. So I had to pay an additional 167.00 . Please don't use this site.
