Delivery came quick and prompt, even halfway across Europe to Germany!

Very positive experience with OmniRetro. I purchased a "Pack Titan" arcade cabinet with pedestal, complete with a joystick and button kit and various accessories.

Delivery of the kit was fast, and the response times from the customer relations manager were always prompt and helpful, including for questions I asked after the purchase.

The packaging for shipping deserves a special mention: genuinely well done, with every component properly protected and everything arriving intact. The quality of the materials is more than good, and the price-to-performance ratio is, in my opinion, one of the company's real strengths.

All in all, a purchase I'm thoroughly satisfied with. I'll certainly buy from OmniRetro again in the future.

I received high-quality items and excellent service. If you're thinking about building a home arcade system, I found Omniretro to be trustworthy and responsive to my questions. They delivered as quickly as customs would allow.

Due to my own inexperience, I didn't emphasize enough that I needed pinout instructions for the joystick. These were not provided by Omniretro, but I was able to figure it out using information from various videos and websites. I now understand that when you choose to build an arcade machine, there are some things you'll need to work out for yourself beyond what the supplier provides. For example, go find your own monitor that you prefer in your machine.

All around the build quality is ok. I paid for speaker holes to be drilled and that was forgotten in my order.

I ordered the One Player Bartop with stickers, joystick, buttons and molding. Received everything on time (Netherlands) and i must say the build is great! The size of the bartop is exactly what I needed. The Holes are pre-drilled and I chose the black laminated chipboard. The stickers I got are GhostBusters and they look amazing. I can totally recommend this seller. Awesome product and support.

I have ordered 4 packages and received only 3, one was missing at a depot. I reached out to omni retro and they replied very fast. After a few days they have send a new package which I received very fast. Thanks omni retro for your prompt replies and service! I will order soon again!

The overall product is great but it is really lacking a complete manual on how to mount it from A to Z. The very few videos I found online are definitely not enough !
Many frustrations but at least the present is appreciated.

I placed a couple of orders, shipping was pretty fast. The customer service was really helpful. On the other hand, regarding the products: cabinets were ok, relatively easy to mount but not always clear about screws and precise placement of the parts. I would be better to have the u-molding already installed. "Original" japanese buttons and sticks came in plastic bags without the original box and they might as well be chinese copies as far as i know, not good. A dedicated monitor came all covered with micro-scratches despite being wrapped in plastic, it's such a gross and embarassing mistake for a reputable store i almost believe they just thought i was an amateur and sent me some warehouse remnant. Too much of a hassle to return, for the price. A bit sketchy overall, i don't think i would buy again.
