I will definitely use this app as my future needs arise. I purchased 2 plans and put 1 on delay thinking I could put the 2nd on delay as well, but was told after my 2nd purchase that you can only have 1 plan on hold, so I contacted customer service and instantly had Ycoins credited to my account.

not usefull in china, you cannot install it and i have to use my normal Simcard and I pay to much to install eSim there so in total finally i pay my normal Sim and eSim, i recomand use normal Simcard of your conutry instead to buy a eSim

Always a breeze getting esim while travelling, I've been using it for more than 2 years and I've used their sim in over 10 countries. I don't have to worry about getting a sim anymore.
