I've ordered a Mivv GP Pro for my Mt09.
The order was confirmed on april 23. They accepted my payment, after that they went silent, I am patient, and i am still waiting .

Only order from them if you are a patient costumer, otherwise it will be a bad expirience.

Update: I got the shipping date, but moto-sound has not responded to any other mails. Awaiting my exhaust hopefully everything will go well.

Absolutly SCAMMERS, I bought and Exhaust for my DUKE 390, and after 1 month I didn’t receive it yet, I tried to contact with them but nothing, they just told me that the exhaust is un production phase but before buying it they didn’t said anything about that and they told me that if I want a refund they will keep the 20% cause the already ordered, I keep sending them messages and no response, horrible place, never but something there!

I cant recommend this company to anyone the custumer Service ist completely unacceptable it feels Like Sperling to an Ai!

If you See the review im willing to Change it if the mater gets solved!

I ordered an Arrow exhaust for my Yamaha Xmax 300 2024 on July 8 and the order arrived on July 23 at the desired address. Maybe it would have arrived faster if I had previously checked with Moto Sound if they had a green model available (my mistake for not reading under the product I wanted to order) In general, everything was as ordered, the exhaust is excellent, much lighter than the factory one most importantly, it sounds brutal.you just need to read the description in detail and everything will be fine. Some products are made longer, some shorter. I thought it would take a long time for my exhaust to arrive, but it still arrived quickly.All praise and recommendations for Moto-sound, they will fulfill everything you have agreed on. Greetings

I paid for exhaust on 24.03. and still nothing, they answer on one mail that the exhaust is in production, now they dont answer on mail/messages for 10 days.

I recive exhaust after 2 month and its brutal but delivery time is little too long.

Searching high and low for a Sprint air filter I found Moto Sound. They had the one I need (Z H2) and in stock. I ordered and received several mails, each with a different update on the status of my order. I received the item in several days time. Well packed, fast shipping, great e-mail updates. I am happy I made my purchase with Moto Sound and not elsewhere!

I made an order, i noticed about 48hrs later that i ordered wrong product, because their website does not have clear pictures of the products and delivery times below the products. I can cancel the order but they take 20% of the price of the product for themselves, absolutely crazy. If the product had already been manufactured, it would be a different matter, but it hasn't even been started yet. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Very happy with my purchase. The packaging was great, got myself a GPR for an 05’ R6. Sound is amazing. Delivery was 20-21 days but it was definitely worth the wait!

Scam. Paid for an order and a month later they didn't send it. They don't answer their emails or phone so I can honestly say it is a scam.

The product that I purchased is more than great, but the delivery has taken some time (I guess around 2 weeks). They say they indicated that on the website, I checked it and yes, there that is, just I may say not too visible. I take it as a "user error" anyway, just as a caveat, make sure you check the delivery date before you order.

Still 5 stars, I can't complain.

Everything was great; communication, transport, quality,... Of course, the exhaust was not sent the same day it was ordered, it still took about 10 days, but that was to be expected as it should go into production because I don't believe they have such a large warehouse that they can have a ready product for all motorcycle models

After two months of waiting I was sceptical to order from this shop but everything turned out great and I got my exhaust. Shipping was very fast! Everything came perfect. I have not installed it yet but it looks fine, as well as I got all documents needed for homologation. Leovince had some problems with couriers, and that was the reason for the delay. As clearly specified in the order phase, each product has a different production time, so it is recommended to always ask for the times before placing the order, I didn't pay attention to that and this is also the reason for the delay. Communication with MotoSound about problems was great.

Is really beatiful and racing exaust,the sound is fantastic,the exaust is titanium,short,and light, very compliments from me,to moto-sound and to the firm,MIVV of Teramo, ITALY! They are trusted and reliable. I got my items in time. It took 2-3 weeks but everything was in perfect condition. Once they shipped it only took 3 days. Price was also very fair.
