I had a booking accepted by the real estate agency and just needed to shift my dates. I messaged them, they said, "Sure, no problem! Those dates are totally free." Sounds easy, right? Wrong.
The platform wouldn’t let me change the dates. In fact, it wouldn’t even let me finish booking the original dates. The entire system froze. While I was frantically playing digital ping-pong between the agency and Morning Croissant's support team, some digital ninja swooped in and booked the exact dates right out from under me.

On top of the terrible UI, the site is practically a graveyard of ghost listings - full of flats that proudly boast "Available!" until you actually try to book them. Completely awful platform experience. If you enjoy digital heartbreak, this is the site for you.

The platform is easy to use, convenient, and transparent. Every step is clearly guided, and the status of the application is easy to track, which made renting accommodation from abroad much less stressful.

I rented a property on Morning Croissant advertised as a 3-bedroom (T4). In reality, one room had no window, and we had no hot water for months. Additionally, the landlord was illegally using our private mailbox to run her own businesses.
​When I reported these issues, the platform forwarded my private complaint to the landlord without my consent. When it came to the deposit, the landlord then provided a fake plumbing receipt from a business that actually specializes in newspaper delivery.
​Despite providing Morning Croissant with proof of the fake receipt and the illegal state of the apartment, they refused to help. They are even still marketing the apartment as a 'New T4' to the next unsuspecting tenant. They do not verify listings, they do not protect your data, and they offer no support when fraud is involved. Stay away

It works, but you cant trust any of the reviews of the homes when it comes to the deposit return because the home review expires very quickly at move out before the owner returns the deposit. I got robbed my whole deposit unjustly and cant warn others with my morningcroissant stay review. btw, i got robbed by 3p seafront La Salis, in Antibes, France.

I found this agency online through out google search, and I trusted just by the review and feedback left by the other guest. I was looking for a studio/apartment in Bordeaux, After few days talking and having chat with the management I realised how much they are professional, serious and in a good manner well organised. I would kindly thank you Larissa, Helene and Alexandre, they are simple fantastic and really helpful ! They never left me alone, when I wrote an email they always replied me and helped me, even when the office was closed they helped me getting a response even after the working time. The cooperation is highly appreciate and above my standard. Im foreign, Im not france citizen, so I just talk in english and they professionalism replying me in english is appreciated so much because they understood that I was not french speaker. In general, I do sincerely advise anyone wants to cooperate with this agency, you can trust, and is a guarantee from my side for what I have seen until now. Once again, thank you so much for all !

I definitely recommend using Morning Croissant if you are looking for a stay. There service fees can be a little high but they are very responsive, so I guess the fees is worth it. A quick and simple process is laid for you to rent an accommodation.

Fantastic experience

Have you ever tried to rent a flat in France ? Then the word "dossier" sounds familiar to you. Talked to property agencies like Orpi, Century21, La Foret etc., filled out questionnaires and finally ended up with a declined request from the mysterious "propriétaire" ? Went through all of these - then found MorningCroissant who have actually helped step by step and made this effort ( yes, finding a place in France is actually "un project" ) successful eventually.

Especially grateful to Gökçe who has assisted with all the finer details including the language gap.

Let me underline this review reflects the experience so far with the lease contract signed. I plan to provide updates for the duration and the end of this particular rental as well - hopefully reflecting the same level of positive experience.
