Wasted Trip!

Made an appointment online (which was confirmed) to have a Samsung screen replaced at my local branch. When I arrived the assistant was not aware of the appointment, said Samsungs are not repaired on site and it would take 2-3 days. Wasted trip!

MOBILEBITZ Are first class!

I used Mobilebitz 2 years ago for a charging port clean on my iPhone 13 and I returned yesterday for the same on another phone.
The service I received was absolutely brilliant and the person that dealt with me thanked me for my loyalty and looked after me.
I would highly recommend Mobilebitz and personally there is nowhere else I’d go for anything phone related.

Gentleman was so friendly

Gentleman was so friendly, kind and very kind to my children - had all my speakers cleaned and charger port cleaned and charged me 7 pound, what a lovely lovely man 💙
