Definitely the driver!
Definitely the driver, Ali Wasseem. Our flight had been delayed, then our baggage took over an hour to be collected. We were exhausted. Ali was terrific, from helping load and unload to driving the long distance to my rural home at nearly 2am, then having to return to Manchester. the booking process is also pretty good, although you should offer the good oldfashioned alternatives of cash payment and dare I
say, cheques!

Book a cab, pickup time should be 04:20, driver text me car broke down at 04:30. Rearrange another and claim arrive in 8 mins, at the end no show.
And there no refund. two days later, I message CS team, they have not update and only ask me to send a reminder email.

Turned up on time. Safe drive to our destination.
HOWEVER, a second driver turned up because the were 3 changes to who was going to provide services. This mustn't happen. It made me suspicious of what is going on.

Found the service good but was let down…
Found the service good but was let down by 2nd cab firm. Concept great ! Additionally i think its likely to be my mob but the help screen/chat doesnt fully open to enable chatting/messages. Also was confused this morning when instead of a reminder email for my booking I had a quote reminder for what I already booked. Which quite frankly just confused me! Thankfully I just put a quick email in who confirmed everything was ok and gave me the number of the cab firm to check!
