I have been with MIAB for a couple of years, and Louisa and Jacqui have been consistently excellent. Their communication is clear, supportive, and prompt, and they always take the time to explain anything I’m unsure about. There’s never any pressure, and they handle queries professionally and quickly. I even received a premium reduction this year, which I really appreciated. MIAB to date has been a reliable insurance broker and I highly recommend them.

Tracey at MIAB has been brilliant for our business for years. Sorting out the right cover can be a bit stressful, but she always makes the process seamless.

Tracey is exceptionally responsive, genuinely easy to speak to, and never hides behind insurance jargon. Anytime a policy detail or clause doesn't make sense, she takes the time to break it down clearly so we know exactly where we stand.
