All of my questions answered and relevant information provided, particularly around taxing changing insurance and changing over my cherished number plate for the new car. Recently changed our mobility car & decided to give MG a try. We were looked after by John Murphy (motability specialist) at Mervyn Stewart,Boucher road. John went above & beyond for us,he treated my autistic son with great respect,including him in the conversation regarding our choice of car,which was the ZS hybrid trophy 👍(good choice).. We were put at ease by John,he,s a proper sales man,with all the banter,and I have no doubt he could sell snow to an Eskimo! 😊However,a gentleman he truly is,from start to finish,and beyond,as we needed to take the car over for a sticky hinge,John,on the ball again! Bought a new car from mervyn stewart and was served by Stephen of the sales team, smooth transaction throughout and very approachable.

Saleswoman Joanne helped me to find my dream car the Suzuki Swift Hybrid which I absolutely love. She was so friendly and was very helpful and knowledgeable in finding what was right for me and went through everything with ease and great detail. During my test drive she was great at explaining the assets of the car and what it had to offer which was also very helpful in deciding which car was the best fit for me. When I came to collect the car it was in outstanding condition and Joanne was so pleased that she was able to help me with sorting out my car. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a new car as the staff and service are amazing. 😊

I recently had to arrange a minor repair for my MG3 with Mervyn Stewart (Boucher Crescent Belfast). My enquiry, repair assesment and repair of the car was all carried out in a swift and professional manner. Victoria and Megan on the service desk reception kept me fully informed of what was happening, when the car would be ready for collection etc. Excellent service supplied by them both.
