They don’t meet their delivery deadlines.
Terrible experience with this store. Their delivery times are completely unreliable. I placed a large order containing several items, some of which were supposed to be delivered within 2–3 weeks. Two months have now passed, and several items are still unavailable.
Because they were unable to deliver the complete order on time, I had to pay them an additional delivery charge just to receive the items that were already available. In other words, I had to pay extra because of their own delays.
Customer support is practically nonexistent: they do not reply to emails, and reaching them by phone is extremely difficult.

Terrible service
A tragedy, not customer service. It is impossible to get a reply to emails. The product was ordered in March and was advertised as being available within a few days, yet even today there is nothing — neither the product nor any response. A truly pathetic company!!!

No delivery, no response, total scam
I ordered something, that was listed with 1-2 weeks delivery timelines, paid via PayPal. Weeks went by, nothing happened, the only info provided was a link to check the order status. The anticipated week of delivery was pushed out week by week and in the end disappeared totally. Multiple requests for clarification were sent, as response there were meaningless AI bot responses ("Sorry, we just saw, we did not respond to your request", well, duh?!). So: I will open a Paypal incident now and hope to get my money back, apparently at MegaBad they do not care about their part of the contract.
Addendum: Funfact: this review posting made them react faster than any of the requests per their official channels. Tells you something as well, hm?
Update a week later: besides the email, that was indicating a delivery date at their place (that has passed in the meantime) nothing happened.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- STAY AWAY!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ordered some urgent parts to my home address in France- Megabad changed the delivery to a collection point without informing me, did not send me the tracking number and failed to send me the parcel number as well(I only got the name of the shipping company GLS)- It took me hours on the phone to work out what has happened, went several times to the collection shop which can not locate my order, had to call the shipping company many times--- bottom line, 15 days later (order was supposed to be there after 3 days)- my order was sent back to Germany. I spoke to a very unapologetic customer representative who took ZERO responsibility. (I asked for another order I was happy to pay for to be sent again as an emergency and was told that Megabad needed to wait until they got my order back in the warehouse to be able to let me know if anything could be done- and that i was going to be refunded). Also emailed several times and have gotten for 15 days now a generic reply saying that due to high volumes of queries (no mystery there!!!) nobody was able to answer my email that I needed to be patient

The choice of showers is impressive but trying to contact Megabad by telephone is both time consuming and frustrating. Although I replied to an e- mail my wishes weren’t acted on resulting you cancelling my order and I having to reorder and wait another three weeks.

Bad customer service.
Delivery was within announced timing, but one item was missing.
After that, it was impossible to contact customer service (only automatic messages on the phone and by email). I have been waiting 3 weeks now without any real contact with customer service.

One the worst company megabad
One the worst company megabad. Terrible service.. I have received broken Badewanne and Badewanne door. We have complaint about it and they have replied purchase new another instead of compensation or replacement. Never recommend anyone. Worst service ever.Just terrible experience.

Several issues with the delivery:
- Unclear delivery times - ordered items that were indicated with 'Sofort lieferbar’ took 3 weeks before shipment
- DHL delivery without tracking updates - once the items arrived in the Netherlands, it took another 4 days before final delivery took place - tracking did not show any updates and Megabad support was not helping either. Without notice, the driver arrived with the items
- Tracking link from Mein Konto did not work. They contained multiple tracking numbers, so manual editing was needed to solve errors on the DHL and GLS websites before seeing any information

I was quite apprehensive about placing an order, as some of the reviews I had read were not very reassuring. However, my experience turned out to be excellent from start to finish.
The product arrived in perfect condition (a large 90x90cm Villeroy&Boch mirror), very well packed, and within the expected timeframe. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the customer service team, who responded to my questions quickly and efficiently.
I’m very happy with my purchase and would like to thank the whole team for their great work.

Megabad: Incompetent Handling of Order and Unresponsive Support
We have ordered two mounting kits for a walk-in shower screen. However, Megabad only delivered one set - not for the desired version, but for a corner solution. As a result, a proper installation is not possible. I contacted the complaint service by e-mail, but even after five days I did not receive any feedback. Several attempts to contact by telephone were also unsuccessful, as it is almost impossible to reach a competent contact person with sufficient knowledge of English. This level of incompetence, poor customer service and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Megabad shows no interest in customer satisfaction or professional service. I can only strongly advise against ordering from this company. If you value reliability and seriousness, you should instead contact Reuter - a much more professional provider.

Horribly Delayed Delivery
Horrible service. I ordered a shower tray for which the expected delivery was 2-3 weeks; specifically with megabad as the renovation of my bathroom depends on this item being present. After 3 weeks I simply did not hear anything and, upon contacting the customer service they were as rude to simply reply that the item 'is expected to arrive within another month'. This considerably delays the full process of my renovation as scheduled appointments for plumber, tiler ... all have to be cancelled and delayed (which obviously costs money, and time). The customer service was very rude replying to this, instead of searching for a solution/offering compensation, they simply said that delivery times are approximate. 2-3 weeks does not seem to be from near or far an approximation for 2 months!

Missing export documents - order not delivered g
Edit: After my initial review, the last order was delivered and I also received an apology from the provider.
I placed my order twice and both times, the items were returned to the sender due to missing export documentation at the Swiss border. After it happened for the first time, I received my money back without any explanation. I then contacted their Customer Service (very difficult to reach by they way) only to be told, they don’t know what happened and I should try again. The email from their delivery partner finally explained the missing documents. I was advised to place the order again and after waiting 4 weeks the exact thing happened.
I placed both orders at lemondedubain.ch designated to the Swiss market.

We recognize that selling via a Swiss-designated platform like lemondedubain.ch must come with properly prepared customs documentation, and we apologize that this was not ensured. This is not the experience we want any of our customers to have.
