I have no idea how they managed to get good ratings for their communication. They send email confirmations stating that an order has been shipped, yet the messages contain absolutely no details about the order—just the product name and its price. Furthermore, they have made additional charges to my bank account without providing any explanation.
Dealing with them has been a terrible experience.
Note: I have sent them several messages, but I have not received a single response.

I ordered two coins at once and paid by card, also applied a birthday gift voucher for discount. First they charged me 1 euro for card validation, on the next day they charged me 2 times - for the first coin the full price, and for the second coin more than the price on the invoice and website. So I was charged more than total price and even my voucher was not applied for discount. I contacted multiple times to support and got only one reply for the 1 euro charge. Now I am feeling scammed and this would be the first and last time I order from this website. I will cancel the subscription for the collection as well. Also now I have to change my card, because they have the information and can charge me anytime.... Totally disappointed
Keep in mind that, I already prepared complain to the proper institutions in Europe! If they are thinking such unprofessional way of work is acceptable, they are totally wrong!

I placed ONE order (Order Number: 104992686) for four coins, with a total cost of €203.92, plus €9.95 for shipping of the order to Greece.

At first, only €1.00 was deducted from my credit card as an authorization charge. Subsequently, you charged the cost of EACH coin separately, adding €9.95 shipping to every individual coin.
Therefore, I was charged the shipping fees FOUR times for each coin, even though the order was a single transaction with one delivery!!!!!

I kindly request the refund of the additional amount of €30.85 to my credit card, as these multiple shipping charges were made in error.

P.S. Please note that I have not yet received any of the four coins, and despite this, four separate amounts have already been deducted from my credit card.

You keep sending me letters to demand 85euros but l never received the coin. I call your company they dont explain why and now you sending me threats of legal action. I feel like you want to extort money from me.

I'm still waiting for my next coin to arrive, but the service was fantastic

The customer service is responsive in English and they have great knowledge of their products and can give great advice on their products.

Signed me into a subscription service despite just trying to pay for a one-time purchase and now Im being sent multiple deliveries with them charging me. Already asked them to stop but they refuse to acknowledge. Beware of their shady business practices!

I am making the collection of the 2-EURO Germany commemorative coins, which come in a nice presentation folder containing the coins with a brief explanation of the commemoration.
I have tried to get the coins corresponding to 2021 and 2022, but they don't appear in the on-line catalogue in the folder presentation format so I subscribe to an offer to get the whole collection, which I will have to cancel once I get the coins I want.

I found difficult sometimes to get the product I want once I started a collection. MDM should have more offers and possibilities in this regard.

Waiting for 2 months+ now for my order. The coin was flagged as "Available" in the shop. So I do not expect more than 2 months of waiting. Additionally there is absolutely no information about any delays. You have to call and ask to get info.

Probably this company is still living in the 18th century. POOR!!!
