My partner and I went to MB Cars London Ltd. They were very friendly and helpful. Really happy with our new car. Would recommend.
At the start everything was fine, company responded good within couple of hours. We were so happy with our new car. So we thought, 3 months in it breaks down at a roundabout had to get it recovered from Sainsbury’s as we couldn’t get it back into neutral the car couldn’t be tolled or put onto a recovery truck. This resulted into it being physically picked up by a truck onto the recovery truck. £300 to get it to a BMW dealership. 6 days went on and had discovered a tracker in the car that wasn’t declared when signed the contract nor have any of the other stuff that BMW had to take out the car to get it back onto the roads. This had cost us nearly £2000 to get fixed! Everything was okay we paid it and got in touch with the finance company and put through a complain. Several weeks have gone by now and we are yet to hear back from JSEXCLUSIVEMOTORS. This is all resulted into a really bad financial situation that me and my partner are not happy with at all!
This had all now escalated massively. And MB cars london have now changed their name to JSEXCLUSIVEMOTORS that is claiming they have bought their bus and have taken over.
When go on company house these both company’s are registered at the same address and people with the same surname.
Jazzy has now threatened us to take fraud action against us for writing a review on google.
If i could give 0 stars i would!!!
We was so in love with the car but after this we hate looking at it
Just liars! That was my impression after I bought car I had problem with the car after first day when they brought it to my city. I had note about engine oil level. Jazzy told me to go to any garage and take out 0,5l out. It didn’t solve the problem. He said in front of the guy from garage when I called that he will pay 100£ and I will pay 60£. I still know he should pay full 160£ like it was on the documents that they will pay for problems during 7 months from the day I bought it. But then he didn’t and I was asking for months, he was ignoring my messages. I had to finally change the oil sensor and it helped but it was another almost 200£. My test drive in London when I was in MB Cars London was short and slow, when I started to drive car after already buying, car was just shaking so bad and breaks was damaged. Of course when I mention that to Jazzy he again said to go to some place to check wheel balancing, which was nothing like that but was expensive breaks change. I’m sure he knew it but pretending is just balancing problem. I felt just ignored so many times and I couldn’t get my money back, even he said they will send it. It didn’t happen. Be careful!!! They nice when they want to sell the car and after they don’t care!!!
I wish I had read the bad reviews before buying from this so-called dealer. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I purchased a car in late August, supposedly with a warranty—but soon discovered it was utterly useless.
When I noticed a problem with the clutch, I had it checked by an independent garage, which confirmed it was a clutch and flywheel issue. However, the dealer brushed this off, saying it was 'a normal noise for a Golf.' After countless hours wasted trying to get their garage to address the problem, they refused both repairs and a refund. I had to initiate a small claims court case before they finally agreed to refund me.
The customer service was horrible, dismissive, and frustrating from start to finish. Please learn from my experience and avoid this place at all costs!
This dealer sells ex part exchange cars with loads of hidden problems, slaps some body kit here and there and sells them on
Dont be fooled by tinted windows, spoilers and painted calipers. Car had more problems than current prime minister, dealer is nice enough to start with like all others but doesn't really care, repairs if done at all are done on a budget with rubbish parts. Majority of issues ignored. Best to Avoid
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGRACEFUL!!!
Be careful do not buy a car from MB Cars London, they are a con. Although I back supporting small businesses this business in particular are not truthful and you can be landing yourself in a severe loss if you do buy a car from here.
Save yourself time and effort from buying a car from here, the same way that they do not make time and effort towards there customers.
If there is any problem they will block your number and ignore you. My brother rang them all morning and for the past 2 days with no calls getting answered he tried with my phone and as soon as he tried they picked up thinking it’s a different customer.
This is regarding my brothers car, firstly he was sold a faulty car which this garage does not want to take any blame for even though something dodgy is going on here as they had done the MOT before selling the car to us. There is roughly 12k worth of damages to this car, the seatbelt doesn’t work which should be a straight MOT fail so something really suspicious is going on here. Since buying it the issues have been there but as we are not mechanics we have booked it into a VW garage and they have told me everything which is wrong with the car. As soon as I found out I called Jaz and he goes the dealership is incorrect 😂😂. How can someone just say that about a dealership which is very reputable. Jaz did not mention any of these issues when selling the car he even used other excuses to cover some faults like the electrical faults, this caused the cars seatbelt, auto stop start not working. He even tried blaming the damage on us when it has only just been over a month and most the time the car was left in front of the house and we have only covered around 1k miles since purchase but was having issues since buying it. Also he did not mention anything about if there is any problems let us know within 30 days, as when he was speaking to my uncle he said “I am not there to lecture my customers” there is no respect for the customers as they should at least know the basics of the terms and condition.
Check the list below from VW which jazz said was incorrect 😂😂 there’s more to the list. The damages are more than 70% of the car value.
Don’t get lied to by these scums!!
I don’t know where to start. This business has sold me a faulty car which has various problems. They must know something about it as the mot was done a few months back just before I had bought the car.
The car has been taken into a Volkswagen dealership for a major service and a DSG transmission service. They also had a look around the car to check for any problems that I had on the car which needed immediate attention. They have given me a list of things which needed to be done and is roughly £12,000. That is about 75% of the value from wen I bought the car from MbCars.
They done the MOT at 60280 miles and I bought it at 60318 off them, these issues that have been raised by Volkswagen should result to a failure on the MOT. Which leaves me to believe that a fake MOT or a dodgy one has been done. I was told by Volkswagen that it may have been in a front end collision but MbCars London are denying it. It may not be a collision but there is a lot of damage to the vehicle which not one of these were mentioned to me when asking him if the car had any problems.
With all this damage the car should be a write off as it exceeds 60% of the car value.
Be careful when you buy a car from this company try to check it over properly as the cars can look alright but have various problems which they will not mention to you. Very disappointed with this company as I thought why not give it a shot and buy a car from here. Never again!
