I can't give this company any more than 3 stars. I brought a part from them, the description was incorrect and no reply from request for a refund for replacement for the correct item.
I can't recommend this company!

Excellent service from Machine-Dro. I had a complex problem requiring a very specific linear scale. The staff at Machine-Dro worked with me to supply and configure the scale. Superb service and an excellent company to work with.

Machine DRO went above and beyond to get me back up and running again after my local DPD depot failed to deliver.
Once I alerted them to my problems with the courier they immediately contacted DPD. When they got no response they had dpd return packages to them and immediately sent out replacements getting them to me the next morning, saving me a lot of headache and downtime.
I cant thank Lauren ( despatch coordinater) enough. If she hadnt intervened dpd could have cost me another 3 or 4 days.
I would highly recommend them

Ordered a dro kit for the Colchester long bed and very happy with the kit and associated brackets that comes with the kit.

Delivery was terrible with the actual delivery company and i had sent a video only the cctv footage as evidence of unacceptable delivery driver which was no fault to this company but they responded with good care saying if they is anything wrong they will ship it straight away for me and that they were not impressed with seeing how there parcel was handled and reported it to the appropriate person.

As for the product itself it's fitted and working perfectly with a dial in gauges to test its accuracy and its spot on

I will definitely do business again if iam need a dro for future machines.

I bought a machine Dro Dial Calliper and it was great for the value. Solid all stainless steel build, great storage box and fast delivery. Truly can’t go wrong for the price

My M-Sure vertical linear scale arrived promptly after ordering, I fitted it to my Warco Major milling machine and I can say I am impressed with its functions and ease of installation.

I have had enough of ebay calipers, so decided to try a bit upmarket but not go mad.
I bought a set of Machine-DRO's own brand calipers this time. The transaction was easy and the calipers arrived quickly.
There is a intangible difference between thease and the ebay stuff. They feel better quality, there a little heavier, the screen and buttons are clear, I would like to have seen the buttons a bit larger. A small indication of their quality is the thumb wheel. On this it's solid doesn't wobble and seems precise.
All in all a very good buy.

Buying a DRO from Machine-DRO for my Myford ML7 lathe some years ago was one of the best decisions I made. It has performed flawlessly and now I am upgrading my lathe to a Super 7 version Machine-DRO have been incredibly helpful answering my questions about how to transfer it over. I cannot recomend them highly enough!
