Claiming rewards and swapping into USDC can get fiddly — usually a wallet or network detail rather than anything on the contract side, but it's not always obvious which. I have used Maclear for a year and 8lends for 4/5 months and yeah I had a couple of issues with 8lends to start with but customer serviced helped took a couple of weeks to resolve but the main thing it was resloved. of course with it being new there is bugs however there on it. I would recommend them from a personal point however to increase my position I want to know where they sand finically so I know if my money in secure.

Appreciate the recommendation, especially given the early hiccups — a couple of weeks to resolve isn't instant, but it got sorted, and that's the part that matters when something's still maturing.
On the security question, which is the right one to ask before adding more: 8lends runs on-chain, so the honest answer is you don't have to rely on us telling you we're fine. Every pool's repayment history and the contract activity sit on a public ledger — you can pull it up and check actual performance yourself before committing more.
If you want, ping Daniel or Henry on Telegram and they'll walk you through the contract addresses and how to read the repayment history — easier to do that live than in a review.

Automatic withdrawals (or the option to activate this option) would be a big improvement.

I was a skeptic until I see the first return and the APR
I found out about 8lends from a trusted friend. At first I thought the claimed APR was too good to be true. I did my own research on the company and found that they're backed my Maclear which has proven track record in the EU.
So I made the initial deposit of $100 in USDC on a project that has shortest loan term. Lo and behold, at the end of the 6 months, I was able to not only get my principal back but also the promised APR.
Now I'm putting in $500 for the current loan because the average APR of 20% is a nice hedge against my bank which is at around 1.5%
