Terrible experience lately

Terrible experience lately
I used to order everything from that shop , it’s seems loyal customer means nothing to them , since the 2companies become 1(24mx xl moto) it’s been a nightmare. Last month they lost my package. It took forever to refund me.me like a fool ordered helmet , sending emails regarding why is not sent yet been ignored. Never ever ever again .
