Incredible Customer Service
The customer service from Michelle was nothing short of amazing. I was trying to create a pull up banner and postcards but struggling to generate the correct aspects using the templates on the system and having no experience of ordering items for my business I was becoming extremely frustrated. Michelle supported me on calls and found that there was an issue with the templates instead of just passing it off, she spoke with the design team and ensured that everything I has was correct and all the checks were completed. Michelle also ensured that the order was sent out on time.
Delivery was speedy and the items of extremely high quality and I've had lots of compliments about them. Referrals will definitely be coming your way.

These guys are so hit or miss
These guys are so hit or miss. Really frustrating because when they're good the printing is perfect, but my last 3 shipments all had bad printing defects. The last of which couldn't be rectified so I got a refund instead. I'm not sure what's going on with the print team, but they need to get their heads screwed on! Sadly I have no choice but to find a new wrapping paper supplier after using them for the last 3 years, as I can't risk ordering with them anymore.
One positive, is Robin has been very quick at replying to my emails and actioning reprints which I did appreciate.

Phoned them after placing first order and they lied
Placed my first order , rang in the morning early to see if they could expedite the shipping , the lovely lady on the phone said she would speak to the print shop and they would email me . Nothing , I think she says that to everyone . Why do companies lie . It’s not good enough WTTB , very disappointed !!! Will find a new supplier

Very quick turnaround, but...
Very quick turnaround. But I needed to use the helpline and conversed with the AI assistant. It was such a frustrating experience I don't how I managed to refrain from throwing my laptop across the office.
