Cheap appearing products, poor customer service. Don't waste your money.

My order arrived 18 business days later when at selling point it clearly said insured shipping of 5-10 business days. It missed my sister's birthday. Products arrived and it was damaged, earrings bent and missing enamel paint. Paid £61 for everything. Had a customer support response after a complaint via email which promised replacement earrings and prioritised delivery. It's been 3 WEEKS and still no product.

Absolutely not worth your money!!!

I got a tennis necklace and a matching bracelet for my birthday and they are sooo cute. I love them so much. They are so comfortable to wear when I play and look so cute and pretty especially in the sun. I would definitely recommend getting them!!✨🎾💛

AMENDED REVIEW: I was really disappointed with the earrings I bought as they were tiny and underwhelming. However, when I wrote a negative review here, they were very apologetic and offered the send me another product for free. This was NOT on the condition that I changed the review but I thought it was only fair to say that they did try and make amends. I chose one of the necklaces and it was better than the earrings. Quality is OK, but this is probably not the brand for you if you want jewellery that really makes a statement. If you like subtle things then it's fine.

I love tennis as a sport and I was so happy to see a great quality of tennis jewellery. I got a lot of compliments about my new earrings, I love to wear and match these jewelleries with my outfits!!!

Some pieces in this collection are really pretty and would make a lovely gift or special occasion accessory. Quality varies across the line though, so I'd treat these as occasional wear rather than everyday jewelry.

I placed my order on 31 December 2025 and, unfortunately, months later I still had not received it. Throughout this period, communication was frustrating, as I received repeated responses stating that my order was “being processed” or would ship “within the next few days,” including a shipment promise that ultimately did not happen.

That said, after I raised my concerns, the company contacted me, initially offering a partial refund and later following up with an offer for a full refund, which I appreciate. While I am grateful for their effort to resolve the issue, I do hope improvements are made to order fulfillment timelines and communication, as the prolonged delay made the experience disappointing.

If I could rate less than 1, I would! My parcel never arrived. I have been waiting for three months and all I get is “we will handle this with priority”. Turned out they’re a bunch of scammers

My son plays tennis and my sister is his biggest fan. Well in advance of her birthday, I ordered the tennis racket necklace for her and one for myself. The delays were unreal. I continuously got the runaround so much so that I was told the package was at my local post office and my address was unknown but would be delivered shortly. A day or two later, I was told that the package was sent back to the factory. All communication was initiated by me. It was a huge waste of time, money and effort. Regretfully, this does not allow zero stars. This company will never get my business. I hope they have the transparency to publish my honest review!
