Office and Cutomer Support
The cost of Office was very low and tht is part of why I bought it from this company. However, their customer support is fantastic. I purchased Office with a license for 3 PCs. I had no problems with the installation on the first PC. On the second one, bought 3 months later, I could not install the software as the key was not accepted. Customer support got back to me with a new key 30 minutes after I informed them and the installation worked. Unfortunately the settings for Office were such that the background was black and the font was invisible, After trying unsucessfully for 2 hours to fix this, I again called customer support and they responded within 5 minutes helping me fix the problem. This all was wgen I installed it 2 weeks ago. Finally I got a notice from Microsoft two days ago saying that they did not like my software key and Office was disabled until I provided a new and valid key. I again sent customer support an email and they responded within 10 minutes to provide a new key which seems to have worked. All in all, I have found their customer support to be amazingly good and helpful. My 4 stars are because of the problems I had in the first place. If I was just rating customer support it would be a million stars!

Installed it on 3 PCs in our house (per the license) with absolutely no problems.
I did uninstall existing office first in all cases. This (2024 Pro+) should be the last version of office I ever have to buy.

Easy, fast, affordable and excellent customer service! This is my second time purchasing MS Office licensing. My first license installed no problem, but when I installed it on my wife's laptop and activated the license, it deactivated on my desktop. I realized that the license only works for the same account. So I purchased a license for me. You can install it on 3 devices but you have to use the same email account on all 3 devices.
