My wife bought the orb blue kitchen knife set for me as a gift for my graduation from college. I was absolutely blown away and immediately fell in love with the set that we both agreed we needed the steak knives to go along with it. I jumped online to your store right there and ordered the set! However in my excitement I failed to notice the orb blue was out of stock. I didn’t even see there was an option for the tempest white because what was pictured by default was the orb blue. Needless to say I was disappointed when the knives arrived and I saw they didn’t match. I called the company the following day and spoke with Adam. This man went above and beyond to help me out! Walked me through the return process, immediately emailed me the shipping label and got assurances my order would be filled the moment the orb blue was back in stock. Just outstanding! Thank you!
The kitchen knife set is an absolute dream! I’m the chef in the family and will be attending culinary school in the spring. Working with these knives is seriously a real treat.
