Good Products, Poor After Sales support.
The products Willab Gardens sell appear to be of high quality, but the aftersales support was poor.
We ordered custom made doors and windows that were damaged in delivery. From reporting the issue to recieving the replacement parts was about 1.5 months.
I would be very careful in using this company for time critical projects and would not book builders to install anything until you are sure you have the ordered products. Willab Gardens missed the extremely generous deadline to send the replacement parts and everything had to be rescheduled at not only a major inconvenience to me but the builders who have a packed schedule of other jobs to attend to.

We fully understand the frustration and inconvenience caused when a project is delayed and installers have to reschedule their work. While replacement parts for custom-made products can sometimes involve longer lead times, our goal is always to keep our customers informed throughout the process and to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
As transport damages unfortunately can occur despite careful packaging and handling, we generally recommend waiting to schedule installers until all products have been received and inspected. We understand that this may not always be practical, but it helps avoid unnecessary costs and rescheduling should any damage be discovered during delivery.
We take your feedback seriously and will use it as part of our ongoing efforts to improve both our communication and our after-sales service. Thank you for choosing Willab Garden and for sharing your honest feedback.

I submitted a complaint to the seller and via the website, and I did receive an acknowledgment of receipt. However, there has been no further response regarding the missing screws and six plastic covers. The service was better during the actual purchase than it is now that I have a complaint—even though this is the third time I’ve bought from them.

Color deceiving.
The color of the brick that was shipped looked nothing like the show room brick color or the website pictures. It was supposed to look multi colored, but the brick we received was brick of all red color, no variation in color. It was the correct product number and name. They weren't much help for a return. Put us thru the run around. They wouldn't admit the color was all the same.

All is good, customer support is very good.
I assembled "uterummet" Aluminium höst+ myself. There are some things which Willab could be better in clarifying in instructions. Some details are missing. Assembling order of certain elements could be different. HW Design could have been better in order to make it easier to assemble and avoid adjustments as some of the steps are not reversible.
Ventilation package should be passing color-wise. Re-painting does not make sense.
