DO NOT order from this company. It's a scam business. I am currently trying to return a cat carrier, 11 emails in, I am no closer to being able to return the item, let alone receive a refund. They are clearly not who they present themselves to be. Currently reporting them to Trading Standards - STEER VERY CLEAR.
Do not order from here. I ordered a cat collar advertised as 'quick release', but it wasn't quick release. Therefore this collar wasn't as advertised and unsafe to put on my cat as all vets and welfare organisations would recommend a collar is quick release to prevent against choking if caught on an object.
I followed the returns policy by saying I wanted a return as I was unsatisfied and why. I got no response from the company and have ended up paying for the product. Also the product was shipped from China and took a long time to arrive.
Please do not be fooled by the website looking like a high end pet store. I do not believe this company has any base in the UK although it looks like it is London based and I suspect it just ships very cheap Chinese products directly from China.
A lovely website that is designed as a high end London based cat product company which in reality ships cheap items from overseas. Their returns process is long and misleading, requesting customers share photos and provide a reason for a return, when that is not required under UK law if online orders are declined within 14 days of arrival.
The items I ordered were made of cheap plastic, differed from the photos, and were poorly packaged. I would not feel safe to use any of these items for my cat let alone have them in my house - not only are they flimsy but are unsafe (e.g. a cat carrier made of cheap tearable fabric and stitching).
Their returns process is difficult and requires you to email customer service, then complete a google form asking questions about your tracking number, courier, photos of the item, the packaging, and close up shots of the defect, when you are not required to provide any of this information for them to process the refund and issue a return label.
The company that runs this brand is NWND LTD (registration number 17330088), which is run by two French individuals.
