Very good website to buy and sell CS2 skins. The only reason I have removed one star is that I feel that the fee to deposit money through credit card could be lower (I know that also depends on Zen,... See more

I was scammed by the website out of $360. I sold items I didn't need. I had a very old car purchase and bought two knives I didn't need. I cancelled the trade. As a result, I have no balance and support refuses to credit me.

Hi, as our support team already explained, you had active buy orders placed for skins. After topping up your balance, the funds were automatically used to complete those purchases according to the buy orders you had previously set.
Please note that reversing completed purchases on our marketplace is not allowed. This policy is clearly stated in our terms, and every user agrees to it when making purchases on the platform.

If you still have questions about any specific transaction, please contact our support team and we will be happy to clarify the details.

They credited my balance too late

They credited my balance too late. When I tried to make a purchase, the product had already been sold. The balance showed up in my account, but it wasn't displayed in the balance box, so I couldn't buy the item. I'm very disappointed.

Hello, sorry for your experience, but deposits depend on the providers, not us. When the transaction is processed on their side, it is credited to your balance. If you want an instant deposit, you can always use crypto methods.

If you deposit with skins, keep in mind the 7-day Trade Steam Protection. You can see more details about it while you deposit via this method.

Sold some items here instead of Steam

Sold some items here instead of Steam, tried it for the first time (I never did this on any other platform).
Per Bing AI, calculated that if I sold it on Steam, I would receive more.

Thank you for your feedback!

Please note that Steam also charges a selling fee, and the money you receive there cannot be withdrawn, it can only be used within Steam. Our marketplace, on the other hand, allows users to withdraw their funds, which is why many people prefer selling skins here.

Worst support/tech department i've ever encountered

I cannot be sure, but I have a really strong feeling that white.market is run mostly by AI.

Support:
Unfortunately, I cannot attach any screenshots to the review, but I have 6 separate email threads of 4 - 34 (34!) back-and-forth messages with support, and it is pure hell. Support is totally incompetent if the question even slightly goes beyond a simple FAQ. It feels like talking to a very retarded AI or a person who has never used white.market before, don't know of the market features/API and how they work/behave, and thus cannot even understand the nature of the question. Two-thirds of the messages, out of those 30ish email threads, were spent just for support to get an idea of what I'm talking about.

Tech department:
It feels like, at some point, the tech department shrank to the two junior vibe coders who are one-shotting new features in ChatGPT and approving each other's pull requests with one single comment "legit". Who cares about some critical bugs that are making a feature or API almost unusable, right?
The QA department is absent, for sure. Some of those nastiest bugs are very easy to see, reproduce, and even fix. Multiple times I've been sending logs, screenshots, examples, steps to reproduce, and even videos, and nothing, bugs are still there.

Also, like many of the previous commenters, I've encountered some cases of very cheap items that are never delivered to you after buying, but instantly reappear on the market again, and also the cases when white.market itself buys out very cheap items (could reproduce it myself between my accounts)

Hi! Since our users come from all over the world, some may be asleep while you're awake. This can delay the seller's skin delivery. We're glad you like our marketplace, and we hope you'll reconsider your rating :)
