First time trying on wedding dresses and I had a lovely experience. Staff were so attentive and Emily was so so amazing and really helped bring the vision to life! Left very happy with a lovely dress.

Jessie was amazing from start to finish and suggested the most perfect dresses to try on and helped me find my dream dress! 10/10 experience!!

Brilliant experience while dress size was limited on the day! I did say yes to the dress, the girls there were lovely!

Really pleased with my experience at Wed2b. 1st dress on was the dress i said yes to.

The staff as you walked in are welcoming, I was really nervous and that put me at ease! They explained how it works and that you are out in a queue but you are able to look around the shop at the dresses and we went and came back - you get an email and text message with a link so you can see where you are in the queue and make your way to the shop (you get 15 mins).
My consultant was Liv and she was FANTASTIC. So lovely and picked beautiful dresses for me to try. She is clearly very knowledgeable and good at what she does! I walked away with my dress incredibly happy :)

I was served by Laura at the Hull branch today, and she was brilliant all the way through, nothing too much trouble and so helpful. Very much recommended

Had the most amazing experience today at Wed2b in Stoke, all the staff were welcoming and lovely! Me and all my family and friends went and we all said the staff were just lovely too us all x

I have had the worst customer experience imaginable with this company. I hope by leaving a review I am able to warn other brides so they don’t have the same experience I have.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress for my sister on 5th June 2026. It arrived and we went to collect it on 26th July 2026. The dress had several marks on it and was clearly faulty. We were told another identical dress was available in the warehouse and would be delivered quickly. After 6 weeks we had heard nothing so we called the customer service line and were informed the dress was ready to collect.

We went to collect the second dress and were informed this too was faulty and had marks on it. We were informed in the store that this dress had arrived 3 weeks prior but a new one had already been ordered. They could not confirm delivery times. This was not communicated to us at any stage.

I called customer service to find out what was happening. I was informed the warehouse was closed and they could not see lead times on the new dress. They could only see communication from the day we tried to collect the second dress. We had been told the third dress had been ordered 3 weeks ago but their system appears to show the third dress had in fact only been ordered on the day we attempted to collect the faulty second dress.

Although they insisted this was a “priority” for them, they would not guarantee the dress would be ready for my wedding, stated they did not offer compensation and had no answer for what I was supposed to do about the other 4 dresses I had ordered from them if this one was not ready on time.

I was also told that customer service did not even know when the warehouse staff would return and that I should wait until the end of the following week to contact again. This is now extremely time sensitive and customer service were not able to assist in any capacity.

I am aghast at the level of customer service I have received.

I can only imagine the stress of this experience if it concerned my own wedding dress. I am beyond grateful I did not purchase my dress with this company. I cannot caution other brides enough to stay away from this company. Please purchase your dresses elsewhere unless you want a stressful experience and terrible customer service.

I said YES to my dress today at Wed2B, and it felt like a moment straight out of a dream. I walked in knowing exactly what I was hoping to find, and Eva, who helped me, was nothing short of wonderful. She listened so gently, understood my vision as if she could see it in my heart, and guided me with such warmth and care.

Because of her, I found my dream dress — and the second I stepped into it, everything fell into place. It was emotional, magical, and one of those rare moments where you feel completely sure you’re standing in the right place.

I left with my perfect dress at a perfect price and a memory I’ll treasure forever. Thank you, Eva — your service was absolute perfection.

I went last Saturday to the Wed2B at the London (city) branch. I went with my mum and maid of honour. We was greeted by Jolie, she informed us there was a bit of a wait due to other consultants being with brides, this was fine and we went looking at the dresses. Jolie then came and said she will be my consultant, we sat and had a chat, I explained how nervous I was, my budget, my body concerns etc. Jolie was absolutely amazing and took me to find dresses, I tried on three dresses and fount my dress on the first dress I tried on. I can’t thank Jolie enough for the confidence she gave me and all the information about the dresses she gave me, she was so nice and would definitely recommend the branch to anyone.

Carla was absolutely lovely really knew her stuff. She gave me some really good advice which i really valued and helped me in the direction of choosing my dress. Could not be happier. Thank you!

I went in to Wed2be in Bristol and put a £100 deposit on a dress. The customer service I received on the day was really good and I felt very comfortable.

However I was told by staff that my deposit could be used on a veil or another dress if things changed.

My financial situation has changed and I can no longer afford the dress. When I rang head office to request I spend the £100 on another item instead I was told that this information was completely incorrect.

I would not go back here or recommend to others. I feel that I can not trust them, and have lost my money due to their miscommunication. I wouldn’t have put the deposit down without the verbal agreement we had in store.

The staff were so welcoming when entering the shop. Izzy and Beth were great, they were paitent and so helpful they knew exactly what style i was wanting. Had such a wonderful experience
