What I liked most was how quickly I could launch a polished webinar. The setup and dry run were simple, and I could finish the basics without digging into advanced settings.
I like how WebinarGeek has made managing my webinars much easier. I especially appreciate the AI assistance because it speeds up the setup process and helps me get the most out of the platform's features.

Webinar Geek allows me to run monthly webinars with minimal effort because I can copy over everything including email sequences, invitation links, and the presentation. I'm very un-techy so this is a great platform for me.

I recently switched over to using this webinar platform as I was exploring alternatives for my business. I found it very easy to sign up on the website and find the dashboard quite easy to navigate. I like that you can choose to quickly launch a simple webinar, duplicate an existing webinar or turn a webinar into a scheduled series. I personally chose to try WebinarGeek for the customization, branding, and analytics options available for the webinars but I think it is a bit complicated for some, so there could be a learning curve. Also, the platform doesn't offer as many third-party integrations, especially with some of the other tools I currently use.

It is quite easy to set up. The login and onboarding process was quite seamless and easy. The 15-minute Meet the Geek session was wonderful touch to the on boarding process. It cn be confusing to setup at first but it was great when I got the hang of it. I was also able to integrate my hubspot CRM account. I just wish it had a webinar hub and calendar functionality.

Each new webinar is a new frustration:
1) Microphone sometimes does not work on Chrome.
2) The Dry Run does not work.
3) Some Replays are not available.
4) The Chatbot is not much help.
5) The Tech Support Team is mostly unavailable.
I am also using this review to see if the Tech Team will respond to my messages on the their chat. I have even tried to communicate with them via their Facebook account, to no avail.

I really like WebinarGeek, especially because of the high-tech voice recognition technology they use. The accuracy of the subtitles and transcripts during webinars is truly incredible and especially important for people who have some kind of hearing impairment. I would also love to see virtual avatar or AR effects added in the future.

WebinarGeek is easy to use and much simpler for webinar setup compared to tools like Zoom and other webinar platforms. I like that I can create, schedule, and manage webinars in one place, and the HubSpot integration makes follow-ups easier. One thing that could be improved is the invite process, especially making the shareable invite link easier to find. Overall, it works well for me.

For me this is the best tool for Webinars, It is so easy to use, browser-based, and have AI that helps you analyze titles and description, it offers not just live webinars, also automated and ondemand, but UI feels off for me when I first used it, webinar tools creation feels overwhelming. I prefer sidebar layout.

My experience with WebinarGeek has been positive overall. The platform is easy to use, and setting up a webinar is quick and straightforward. I found the interface clean and the main features worked well, especially the live webinar and interaction tools like chat and polls. There is a small learning curve at the beginning, but once familiar, it becomes very efficient to use

This is a great software for hosting webinars and providing trainings. I like the flexibility that it has to easily navigate from Live, to Pre-Recorded to On-Demand. It has some nice formatting features that present very professional. I also like the marketing that it provides, auto email reminders, coding for embeding links, customized templates. My biggest challenge was trying to send an email invite manually. I wasn't able to figure out how to do it easily, You are able to share the link pretty easy and once they sign up or subscribe the email goes to them, but I had trouble sending an initial email out.

WebinarGeek is incredibly detailed I have to admit! For me what stood out is how detailed everything is. I was able to record webinars, duplicate them, reuse existing ones, set up replays etc. I was even able to add polls and Q&As and all of this through the platform itself without any extra tools!
The UI itself felt quite fast with the menus being incredibly responsive, so moving around did not feel slow. It does, however, take some getting used to. Some parts aren't that easy to find at first, especially navigating out of the webinar or inviting someone. The first time I used it, I had to click around a bit before I figured it out. There also tends to be a few pop-ups on the platform that tend to interrupt my flow.
Solid platform overall with tons of capabilities, just takes a bit getting used to, but once you do it works well.
