It was very easy to work with my designer, Steve. Once I had completed the forms and got through to him, the work progressed very quickly. I was amazed by his skilful creativity. Once given the space, he really created beautiful pages that I’m very happy with.

We have used Webfactory for many years, they have just updated our website for us and, as always, it was an easy and affordable process. Thanks to Becky who designed our original website and has just done a great job of redesigning it and given our business a fresh, modern look. Everyone at Webfactory was helpful and I have had a phone call from them today to check that I am happy with everything now that it has gone live. Excellent Service, Highly Recommended!

They set up some emails that were not needed, my email hosting was done by another business. They charged me for this, when I bought it to there attention, they did not seem to be bothered that they set up a service I did not need.

I sent an email asking them to consider crediting my final invoice once I bought it to there attention that they had set up a service that was not working and was not required, there was no response other than to send a reminder that the invoice was due for payment.

I appreciate that they eventually managed the issue and communicated this to me.

Great customer service. From placing my order to going live communication was second to none.

Within 1 working day I had domain and emails set up. Within 2 working days I had the perfect website.

I found Webfactory very reasonably priced and very efficient. They were helpful at all times, which gives me confidence for any assistance needed in the future. They obviously know what they are doing and nothing seemed too much trouble. I fully recommend.

The staff at Webfactory are human, not AI and not desperate to get rid of you with a cheesy 'have a nice day'.
Not only do they know their industry exceedingly well, they have an affinity with their clients. In both website cases, I gave a rough description and they came up with something far beyond what I hoped for.
