Honestly had the best experience with Wayfair .. the table arrived days before the due date(ordered Friday arrived Monday), the quality was exceptional and came with easy to read instructions
Just a note as to building it it requires a fair bit of strength to attach the legs to the table as the screws and on the small side

The bouncing castle is perfect size but…
The bouncing castle is perfect size but unfortunately after 2 weeks of having it holes have started to come which we have only a 2 year old so this damage couldn't possibly be because of his weight. It will need repairs now

Don't bother.
No emails regarding updates or delays to delivery. No straight forward contact for customer service I spent more time on hold then to an agent. When I did get through (live chat is a joke FYI) the agent was more focused on defending the company than listening, or helping.
Taking unpaid days to receive the delivery only to be told the bed is delayed, after the fact.
With no more information available. When will it be delivered, where it is?
Delivery of both mattress was a joke didn't want for me to answer the door at 7 months pregnant I had to pull them in the door. As the driver literally ran away.
I received no notification of delivery of these.
We were hoping we would have a good experience, to order more items, but it looks to me that unfortunately we will have to find another company.
Its been a bad experience from start to finnish. I work in customer service and this is severely lacking.

DPD delivered one box of 2
DPD delivered one box of 2 on Friday, we started to build the unit and realized there should be a second box. Its Sunday now and I have the pieces of half a unit cluttering up my living room and no sign of a second box. DPD is now run by AI bots that are less than useless, if it can't find a box then I think we're safe from an AI uprising.

Lovely rug but very wrinkled
The rug is the colour and size I wanted. It is slightly thin but I did see that in some reviews but ok for me. However, it has a lot of wrinkles in it and the edges are turning up. It has been lying flat for 3 days now with no sign of flattening out. I have put weighted items on the corners but has not worked so far. Unfortunately I may need to return. I found Wayfair very easy to order from and kept updated on the status of my order until it arrived. Good service.

Sturdy vanity unit but allow a day to put it together. …
Delivery arrived 3 day's earlier than expected, well packed, happy with that.
It must be said that it takes age's to build the thing but once you have the desk part of the vanity unit completed the rest falls into place speedily enough. Finished result just like photo on site.
