I understood it was 4 week delivery. After no contact from you except to ask for a rating???? I had to ask why it hasn't arrived. I'm told 29th which is 5 weeks. Hard to give a rating when I haven't received the product.

The saying goes “the start is half way…
The saying goes “the start is half way to the end”, thus, starting with the visit to the shop was half way to signify that the end would be as good as the start. The Wool & Wire shops is superb. The setting, the welcoming, the environment, the materials, …name it..It is an excellent experience. Then comes the superb service. Attentiveness, attention, customer orientation, taking the time needed. Then comes the materials. Could not imagine a better product. The carpets are of the highest quality. Ordering was pleasant, hassle free, accurate. The placement of the carpet in our house was one of the best experiences in our whole renovation project. It was carried out with accuracy, detail, respect for the premises, clean. The whole project was carried out on time and on budget.
