I've been a Rivervale customer for around eight years and have leased three vehicles through them. Throughout that time I've always dealt with Jake, which is a real credit to both him and the company.

It's rare these days to have the same contact for so long, and it makes a huge difference. Jake is always friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and very quick to respond. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and he consistently provides excellent customer service.

The whole leasing process has always been straightforward and stress-free, and that's one of the main reasons I've returned for my second and third vehicles.

A fantastic experience every time. Thank you, Jake, and well done Rivervale for looking after your customers so well.

Absolute joke of a maintenance company, will do everything in there power not to honour any services of tyre repairs. Your best saving your money rather than paying the monthly fees for nothing. They also wait until they have approved a job then charge you weeks after for it. Avoid at all costs

Just replaced my vehicle with the help of Dan and Abbey from Rivervale. This is the second time I’ve used them in the last 3 years. Brilliant deal on a BMW i5. Dan has been great at keeping me informed on delivery time and also Abbey for sorting vehicle exchange. Had one car delivered and other picked up within a 2 hour window. Will hopefully be a returning customer again in 3 years time. :)

Discovered Rivervale via a lease comparison website. Once enquired, you are contacted swiftly and Jordan was very helpful with answering questions and I didn’t felt pressured (like with other leasing companies).

I felt like I got a good deal, especially with zero broker fee, which is what initially brought me to the site. Jordan was transparent by explaining that the car was a pre reg and therefore would require a service within a couple months of delivery - this transparency and honesty is appreciated and should not go unnoticed.

Delivery was arranged to suit me and arrived on time to my door.
