I have not built a resume or applied to…
I have not built a resume or applied to any jobs through resume.io, yet I have a charge from them on my credit card. I logged on to see who they are and a pop up said i have used the limit for my free membership service. I try to cancel my free service and get pop ups offering extreme discounts for paid membership. If you choose to use them, at the least, get there 6 or 14 dollar a month charge rather then their 29.95 charge.

While the modifications of my resume…
While the modifications of my resume were simple to advance the language and dictation of my work history. Though navigation through the prompt was a bit confusing. I'm used to conformation work is completed such as a done or confirm button to assure the changed section is saved.

Cancelled my subscription, but still getting billed, total scam
I cancelled my subscription with Resume.io, yet they kept charging my card anyway. When I reached out to customer support to resolve the unauthorized charges and request a refund, they immediately refused. This clearly seems to be their standard operating procedure: deploying deceptive cancellation flows and locking you into recurring billing you actively tried to stop. Their billing practices are completely untransparent, and their support is entirely unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and avoid this service. If they are trying to build a business stealing ~U$30 from people looking for jobs, I really hope karma catch up with them.

Scammy and no Transparency
In terms of building the actual CV, there are no problems. However, they kept charging me monthly whenever I modify my CV. It says that I'm on a free plan. If me modifying my CV requires a charge, I would at least expect a message saying that there will be a billing, but no, these bastards just let you change it and then charge you at the end of the month. I can't even cancel my subscription because there is no subscription on my account, it's "Free Plan".
No transparency, very scammy. Shameful
