Remax Perugia listed our house's selling price on all websites as 40,000 euros lower!!

We had a contract, and this real estate agent did not adhere to it. This agent also edited photos themselves so that it no longer looks like our house at all!! Unbelievable!

They induced the clients into bidding for a higher price in order for her to get more fee commission from the selling price of the property. They lied to me that there was another client who bid with the price you set and it was refused by the owner. That way I was forced to bid with a higher price.

One of the worse immobiliare the benevento branch tried to scam me .for around 50000 e had to report to police keep away from these morons

Bad service ever.in here most of the employees are uneducated and mannerless.
For them 1star is enough. Be attention everyone about their traps.

I wanted to view a property and made contact with remix.it Michele caramia replied asking me if I knew the apartment was rented. The advert specified apartment rented, so why asking me again? What is this even supposed to mean? Remax, are you selling the apartment or not? I need to view it not to be told what I have already read and understood!!

I've tried to call them 5-7 times and faced the following issues:
1. Not all the operators speak English. 2 times I've been rejected by a non-English speaker operator.

2. Not all the day (during the working hours) they're available. It's hard to reach them by phone. Just no one will pick the phone up.

3. They promised me 4 times that someone will call me during the day. But, it's 1.5 half weeks passed, no one called me back.

4. I sent them 2 times an email requesting the details about the advertised apartment which is located in Via Melchiorre Gioia 64... I didn't get any reply to my emails so far.

So, if you have a chance not to go with RE/MAX Italia go with any other Real Estate Agency but not with RE/MAX Italia. The customer service system is rated 0 out of 10.

Please stay away from this agency if you want to buy or sell the properties.

I happened to use their service to buy a property, the agent named Valentina Cinquemani was scarcely avaiable when I needed to call to talk about the follow-up. She was only available in whatsapp for the whole time. She asked EUR 3500 for the agency commission for their service and what I get was only text from the whatsapp, she never responded to the phone call.

She even attempted to give me the forge invoice for the notary service but after discussing about it on whatsapp she finally gave me the right invoice with the right amount paid for the service used.

If you see the selling price of property in their website, and try to bid for a lower price, they are very well trained to induce their clients to bid for that price set on their website. It is rather a scam agency, absolutely to avoid.
