Good communication and support. I had to cancel (due to having more than 1 representative’s with Motor insurance and i wanted to withdraw. A fee was due for me to pay so i could cancel the contract and Reclaim my money weaved the cancellation fee as a good faith and were very supportive.

This company claim that I signed with them harass me with calls at least twice a day and claim I owe them money , I have no idea now who I put a claim in with as I get called several times a week with different numbers and different callers , if this carries on I will have to talk to someone about harassment and constant stalking from the company.

Aggressive sign up tactics
Constantly calling from different numbers, very aggressive sign up tactics, told me that I had already signed up with them, they threatened that I would be charged £150 in I did not do as they wanted, they would not listen to me that I had already signed up with another company and they insisted in call me MR Paul and my wife Luve no matter how much we objected.

Harassing phone calls multiple times a day from different numbers
Constantly calling from different numbers. Never had a car on finance, never wanted to be contacted. I work night shifts and these cretins call numerous times a day off different numbers waking me up. Just spoke to Angela today- 01/05/2026 11:43... Made it very clear not to call me again.

Great service – easy and stress‑free
I used Reclaim My Money to check and reclaim PPI on a car finance agreement and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and kept me informed at each stage, so I always knew what was happening.
I didn’t have much paperwork, but they handled all of that for me and made it completely hassle‑free. Communication was good, and I never felt pressured or confused about fees or timelines.
