Single-handedly changed the course of my business which changed the course of my life. Since joining boardroom I was pushed outside of my comfort zone in all the right ways. Big decisions were made quickly and efficiently and im better today for it.

10/10 reccommend for anyone who takes real estate serious.

My story is probably different from most people in this room. I am an automobile dealer, and at first glance, you might assume this group is geared primarily toward those with a real estate background. I attended at the encouragement of a friend and fellow member, Mark Richards.
Mark knew that my youngest son had recently begun his career in real estate, and he told me he believed both my son and I would find tremendous value in this group. He was absolutely right.
At the first meeting, I took pages of notes with the intention of sharing them with my son, who was unable to attend because of a prior commitment. However, it did not take long for me to realize that I needed this experience just as much as he did.
Kent shared many thought-provoking ideas—some entirely new and others that served as important reminders. One statement, in particular, had a profound impact on me: “Are you a hustler or a CEO?”
That question stopped me in my tracks. As I reflected on my own career, I realized that I had spent most of my professional life as a hustler. It wasn't until about three years ago that I truly became the CEO of my organization.
A major life event forced me to step away from the day-to-day operations of my business and hire a general manager to run the dealership. Initially, that transition was extremely difficult. Over time, however, it became one of the best decisions I have ever made. The change has been life-changing for me personally, and my business has never performed better.
For more than 25 years, I have attended automotive masterminds and industry groups, always finding value in learning from others. This experience has been no different. Regardless of the industry, the principles that drive successful businesses are remarkably similar and must be applied consistently every day.
I am excited about the chapters ahead for both my son and me. After attending just one meeting, I can confidently say that I could not recommend this experience more highly.

It was a well put together event with lots of learnings, great breakout rooms and amazing keynote speakers.

This was my second Boardroom, the connections I made and the feedback in the breakout sessions are outstanding. What I really like is the subtle, and sometimes tough love, but effective accountability that pushes you for your next quarter. For the first time in a long while, I am pushing myself again. Its exciting.

Ed Mylett was great. All of the networking was top notch. Probably the best part for me is hanging out, talking with and being pushed forward by all of the other successful people that are in the room.

From the moment that I stepped into the room with these people it was apparent that I was finally in a room (big room) full of people who's minds thought like mine, many at a much higher level than my own.

These entrepreneurs pour into each other in ways that I have only see 2 other times in my life (in a private table sort of setting). This room is legit, organized, exceptionally well run, and filled with the absolute best!

I had always been one of the biggest sharks in the waters I swam. I am now in a sea of sharks that all learn from and feed each other, because they legitimately want each other to thrive.

This was my first meeting and it exceed expectations. Was very fruitful and meaningful.

Networking is key for me when joining groups like this and I like how we had stage time but that wasn’t the bulk of the day. Breakout sessions were great but I would have done hot seat at the same time as the presentations as I feel we had to cut a couple of members short since we were tight on time.

Another incredible Boardroom Mastermind retreat. The quality of the players in the room continues to amaze me, and always leave feeling inspired and full of takeaways to implement in my business! Looking forward to the next one!

The way the Boardroom operators curate the breakout rooms is chef’s kiss. The group I was placed in this past Boardroom had so much knowledge that was directly relevant to my business and exactly what I needed to hear.

Not only did I walk away with valuable insight, but I also made lasting connections with people who have continued to show up, meet outside of the Boardroom, and support each other in growing our businesses.

It was such a valuable experience and I’m so grateful to have been placed in the room I was in.

The location was great, the event was well organized, communication leading up to the event was great, and everyone received meaningful and direct feedback on their businesses and strategic goals.
