I transferred to RBSCA a few months ago and Steve the onboarder is really affable and helpful. Atul a partner at RBSCA who is also a CTA has been very supportive as I have had problems with HMRC and my previous accountant. He just picks up the phone to sort things out or give me helpful bits of information or advice. He has put HMRC action on hold for a time and is speaking to HMRC on behalf of his clients who have similar difficulties. They haven't started on my accounts yet but I have been allocated a dedicated accountant.
