Some time back I bought a Rapala 3-in-1 Combo backpack from one of my favorite fishing shops in Sydney called Fishing R Us. Unfortunately the bottom zip on the backpack broke and I contacted Rapala VMC to have it replaced. Spoke with Mitchell Petty who was a great help. He advised me to take it back to the shop and a week later the shop told me to come pick up my new bag. This was great service from a great brand like Rapala. I have been using your products for many years and a pleasant experience like this has won you many more sales and a loyal customer. I recently purchased a Rapala giant lure for Father’s Day it was an excellent gift my father loved it. It was a 29 in. Firetiger lure comes in a giant Rapala lure box it looks just like a lure right off the store shelf just giant. They guaranteed it would be there by Father’s Day and it showed up a day earlier than the Scheduled delivery date
