Good communication and fast delivery!

I am very happy with the service I received and how patient the staff were with all my requests.

Product is as described and good value for money.

Package came quickly with no problems. It was packed well, and all of the components were included.

However, they were also extra components.

The instructions were not clear and simplified to the point of confusion. I had to search the internet for alternate instructions and a YouTube video before I was able to assemble the rack.

I also cut the wrong plastic insert, because I couldn't understand the paper instructions. I would have preferred words in any language, because I have Google translate on my phone. It was also hard to see some of the smaller details, because the graphics are so small.

There is a plastic strip that goes along the top of the rack. In some of the graphics and the YouTube video, this strip appears longer than the one I received. I wasn't sure at first whether I had the correct strip or I had been sent an incorrect one. However other graphics show the shorter strip. Again, unclear instructions.

Once assembled and installed, the rack works fine.

The purchase was easy and hassle-free, and the delivery was fast as promised.

Bike carrier ordered. Item arrived in damaged box. Missing parts. Marks to bike carrier. 3 weeks since delivery and Rameder has not resolved the issues. I can not use the product and I can not recommend the company.

Fast delivery and very good quality for all parts (tow bar structure and electrical kit). All parts fit really well. Instructions are very precise and easy to understand.
A small comment on electrical kit instructions: add detail for the installation of new pins in existing sockets, that part was taking some time, without proper qualification.

Your promise to deliver the product within 3-5 days from order didn´t quite sustain. It took 10 days. Otherwise I am satisfied and your system kept me very well informed all the time where the product was going on! But please do not make such promises that are impossible to keep!
PS The hook is been installed in to my car by myself and it Works very well.

Good Service in general. Before buying I should need more information in order to understand, what choosing or this means (it means, that later on You may have difficulties, when You trying to make parts to their places).

Bought a Bosal tow-bar for my car and received the original packaging but with 2 support frames for the right side, the one for the left side was missing. Maybe the Bosal warehouse worker fell asleep?
One call to Rameder in Germany fixed the problem and the frame for the left side was on its way. Installation was very simple and went smooth.
I have ordered already 3 tow-bars from Rameder and I'm very satisfied with their service, price level and quality. Definately again!
