Purchased these headphones 6 months ago and they are Great. I use them every other day for my mile swim. I just had an issue with the transmitter not turning on, I contacted customer support and withing 10 days I received another. Great Customer service also. I can't say enough as to how I enjoy this system
The device is a gamechanger for my personal training services. Far superior to bands and highly portable, the go-tone drastically elevates in-home training. Customer service was attentive and helpful. My only criticism is of the app, which needs work.

I bought the Home Gym Bundle with composed of two Go-Tones and I use it since 2 months.
It's very reliable and easy to use.
I like how we can easily change the weight and the differents mode to work differently.
I had a little problem with one pull rope handle and after contacting the Customer service they responded and sent a new one with a set of extra grips and extension straps.

Got two of these, tension feels just like a cable machine, feels really great. The only downside is the battery life that lasts me just one workout, but other than that its really love it.

The Rayofi GO-TONE is a valuable addition to any small home gym. It gives you all the benefit of a cable tower, while not taking up any space at all. However, for heavy movements, you need two devices or train one side at a time. I own two devices and use them in every workout for 1-2 exercises. One of them sadly broke, but the customer service was very quick and professional and provided a replacement unit.
This Rayofi device is fantastic. Much better and safer than using resistance bands. It’s a portable cable machine with more than enough resistance. Produced with top quality material.

This company has demonstrated very high integrity. First of all, the device is awesome. It has really improved my home workouts and is a huge step above using resistance bands. When I first charged my device I thought it wasn’t working, so I messaged the company and they sent me new device. It turned out my old one was still working the whole time. Communication with them was very easy and quick and they demonstrated that they really care about the quality of their products and the customer experience. I highly recommend Rayofi.
I started using the Go-Tone right when they started about 1 year ago. It was one of the best purchases I've done in a very long time. Used it consistently for a year and i also ended up buying a second one for even more weight and it even made me quit my gym membership. Their customer support is amazing too. I can't recommend this enough.

The service provided by Rayofi has been surprisingly fantastic.
I’ve been using the original SwimCom, connected to the T6 transmitter, for a few months now. It’s been excellent and has significantly reduced the boredom of the time I spend in the pool. Recently, I switched to the Pro version, which is well-built, lightweight, and has excellent sound quality. I’ve actually started to use both the original and Pro version simultaneously to get an even better sound output 😀
